Talent Acquisition

Screening of candidates using the tools provided and sorting of candidates
Optimization of sourcing and candidate screening methods
Conduct and / or support during candidate interviews
Participation in the implementation of the recruitment process and continuous improvement
Creation and deployment of a sourcing strategy to build a pipeline of consultants based on customer needs
HR Development / Learning

Follow-up of consultants on assignment with our clients in collaboration with the Business Developer
- Development of a close relationship with the consultants

- Implementation of a monitoring tool as part of the end of the mission

For our payroll consultants, setting up, managing and piloting a training plan:
- Establishment of a training catalogue for consultants

- Establishment of training matrices for consultants

- Administrative management and monitoring of training contracts with service providers

- Training follow-up

Employer Branding

Promotion and development of the Employer brand image through various projects
Organization of events / incentives for consultants
Admin / SIRH

Maintenance and management of our consultant database (Updating candidate profiles, monitoring candidate availability and expectations, etc.)
Development and management of a remuneration policy for consultants on payroll
Administrative management (Establishment of confidentiality agreements and contracts with consultants, updating of CVs in Altesia format, etc.)

Profil recherché


You have graduated from specialized training in HR (University or Higher Education type)
You have a successful HR experience between 2 and 3 years
You have experience in piloting and developing projects
You write, speak French, English and Dutch fluently
You have great autonomy and a good interpersonal skills
The start-up spirit does not scare you, you like to take initiatives
You are recognized for your proactivity and your desire to evolve with a view to continuous improvement
