nWhat will you do'
nAs a Customer Manager, you will be part of our Services & Support team for the Flemish region/The Netherlands/UK part. Your main tasks will be:
nThe implementation of our cloud-based solution to our clients : You assess the current client situation ; analyze & understand the needs of our clients ; find innovative solutions & suggest ways of improvement through the use of EMAsphere.
nThe support to our sales and partners team : You will give them support in product positioning, key benefits and presentation to customers and prospects.
nTo provide the training and support : You prepare and keep up-to-date the training supports and documentation for our clients. You will provide trainings and support in case of need (e.g. detecting problems related to the application).
nThe definition of the product : You will be involved in company product definitions. You will work with the development team to help develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects

Profil recherché

Who are you'
nEducation : You have a Bachelor or Master degree with qualifying experience in business, financial statements, accounting and management reporting.
nExperience: You have at least 3 years of experience in financial software implementation or in management accounting matters (reporting, budget, financial analysis,…). You are familiar with data analysis and modeling.
nLanguages : You are a Dutch native speaker and fluent in French and English.
nSkills : You have excellent communication, writing & problem solving skills (detection, solutions, optimizations). You are analytical & have strong organizational skills. You demonstrate real learning abilities.
nBehavioral skills : You are client oriented. Teamwork is in your DNA, but you are also able to work independently. You are a fun and dynamic colleague.
n Interests : You demonstrate a big interest in technology.
