MediQuality seeks an experienced and driven business-to-business Account Manager (AM) to join our dynamic sales team, assisting our life science industry customers in their efficient and innovative communications with medical and healthcare professionals. |
nThe AM will maintain and develop our existing and prospective client portfolios with a view to building long-term sales relationships and identifying new sales opportunities. Drawing on our quality portfolio and their own digital expertise the AM will consult with clients and understand their needs, advising about and offering them new digital and integrated projects.
nThe successful candidate will be a natural and supportive client partner, who will develop and maintain excellent relationships, but also will have the drive of a real hunter in securing new relationships and business with clients.
|Profil recherché||' Sales experience in the sector, a strong sense of customer service and effective, tactful client liaison. Experience in media or digital is a plus.|
n' Conversant in French, Dutch and English at a level enabling negotiation with clients in all three languages as required.
n' Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
n' Ability to sell at a consultative level, developing deep and sustained client relationships based upon value.
n' Vitally important is attentiveness to specific clients' needs and ability to analyse these to create compelling recommendations and design specific projects.
n' Results-orientated, practical problem-solving capabilities.
n' Organised, diligent, thorough.
n' Meticulous and analytical management of figures and data.
n' Excellent team collaborator.
n' Proficiency with Microsoft Office software packages.
n' Knowledge of technology is a bonus. Comfort using interactive marketing technology is expected as is high interest in further developing digital marketing skills with CRM, databases
