nBoggi's Vice Team leader is responsible for promoting brand loyalty to customers, in order to guarantee the quantitative and qualitative objectives assigned. He/she represents the Company, and acts as representative of the Store Team Leader and thus fulfils all the tasks given by the Company and Store Team Leader.

nResponsibilities:
n
nSales
n
n' Reflects the corporate image in terms of standing and ensures that the Staff is also aligned.
n' Ensures that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards and that the Staff is aware of this standard.
n' Supports the Store Team Leader in guaranteeing excellent customer service including welcome and treatment, as well as in maintaining the qualitative standards required by our brand.
n' Ensures that the Store windows are always in place and supervises the layout of the Store according to the Company directions and the Store Team Leader and Visual Merchandiser.
n' Personally manages, when Store Team Leader is not available, all delicate situations regarding customer complaints and after-sales service.
n' Promotes customer loyalty.

n' Supervises warehouse stock and reports to the Store Team Leader any discrepancies.
n' Optimises warehouse management in order to make the stocking of goods as efficient as possible in terms of sales.
n' Ensures that the network of external relations expands and that relations with traditional partners and prestigious people are maintained.
n' Is constantly up-to-date regarding fashion trends, knows and monitors competition and communicates this information to the Staff.

nManagement
n
n' Supports the Store Team Leader in creating a team, whose activities will be coordinated in order to make sure that this team is always motivated and competent.
n' Ensures professional growth and training of the staff and shares the development plans with the Store Team Leader.
n' When required, supports the Store Team Leader in defining targeted quantitative and qualitative objectives and ensures they are achieved by analyzing the results, verifying activities periodically and setting up yearly assessments.
n' When required, and authorizes planning, organizes and plans the activities providing available resources to manage the expected workload.
n' Takes all the necessary measures in order to guarantee the safety of the products and valuable materials in the store.
n' Ensures that internal procedures are followed.
n' Supports the Store Team Leader in reporting all the relevant information to the Headquarters.
n' Verifies the correct rotation of the goods in the warehouse.
n' Supports the Store Team Leader in managing inventory activities.
n' Ensures high level of focus on store business trends as well as on KPI's, managing a professional standard on client needs.
n' Guarantee the respect on local labour law, regarding safety and security.

nRequirements:
n
n' At least 4-5 years of Retail experience
n' Good standing
n' Organized and accurate person
n' A dynamic and energetic individual
n' A strong desire to achieve results
n' Able to work in fast pace environment
n' A passion for the industry and brand
n' Excellent knowledge of the local language
n' Additional languages beneficial
n' Exceptional people motivation and management skills
n' Clear written and verbal communication skills
