A key role for Schuman Associates where we are looking for an individual with a high degree of ethics, trust and discretion.|
nAccounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
nPayroll & Expense Vouchers
nVAT, Bank & Cash
nYear End Booking & Reporting
nCoordinating new contracts, amendments to existing ones
nCoordination of matters related to sick/leave registration etc
nCoordination of a team across many EU Member States
nCoordination of office tasks
|Profil recherché||Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant position.|
nExperience with either EU Projects, EU Associations or Multi-national business would be considered an advantage.
nKnowledge of accounting systems like POPSY, Belgian Tax and HR/Partena rules and experience with payroll
nExcellent communication skills, English (working language), French and/or Dutch.
nAbility to work in a multicultural team
nHighly organised and rigorous in his/her work
nProactive outlook: hands-on can do approach.
nAbility to work independently and excellent with number
